The study adopted tissue culture method, with stem top as outer plant body and MS as culture medium to breed seedlings. After exercising the seedlings were transplanted into the little pots. The pots were treated ,after a week and later by every seven days, with using 0.1%,0.2%, 0.3% B9 and mixed fertilizer (Co(NH2)2:KH2PO3=1:1) till bud period. In peak flower period the plant height, flower diameter, blossom and outward appearance were observed, recorded; and analyzed using variance analysis and shortest significant ranges. The results were as follows:(1) Tissue culture seedling desk chrysanthemum could be controlled under 15cm when concentration was during 0.1%-0.3%.(2) B9 concentration had a great effect on the flower diameter. 0.2% 89+0.2% mixed fertilizer could greatly increased it.(3)B9 and fertilizer concentration had an effect on blossom. 0.2% B9+0.2% mixed fertilizer could advance blossom.(4) B9 and fertilizer concentration had a significant effect on the blossom length, and 0.2% B9+0.2% mixed fertilizer could lengthen the blossom.(5) B9 and fertilizer concentration had a significant effect on the desk chrysanthemum composite scores, B9+0.2% mixed fertilizer increased the scores significantly.
