Fourteen blood protein Loci of three mink breeds in China (American mink, jin zhou black in Jin zhou Da Han , zuojiaminkin Zuojia Ji lin), which included Erythocyte Haemoglbin(Hb), Albumin(Alb). Transferrin(Tf), slow- a -glycoprotein(Sag). postalbumin(Po), Prealbumin(Pr), Carbonic anhydrase(CA), Prealbumin Serum Esterase(Est), Protease inhibitor-1, Protease inhibitor-2, Protease inhibitor-3, Peroxidasestain (Pox),Vitamin D binding protein (GC)and Erythocyte Esterase(Es)i were detected by method of vertical polyacrlamid gel electrophoresis . The results showed that these loci in mink are monomorphic(Alb,GC,Pr,Hb andTf in American mink, jin zhou black in jin zhou da lian), and The other Loci are polymorohic. Est of mink was controlled by three codominant alleles and the other loci was controlled by tow codominant alleles. The Po and Pi-1 are the same loci.(Es and Pi-2 were not detected clearly )It also showed that all breeds for different Loci of phenotypes lied in Hardly-Weinberg equilibrium state except Pox of zuo jia mink, Sag of jin zhou black. The average heterozygosity of polymorphism Loci for the three mink population was 0.3645, 0.3053 and 0.2690 respectively. The cluster analysis showed that the genetic distance (0.0425 ) was between jin zhou black in Jin zhou Da lian, and zuo jia mink in Zuojia Ji lin, and the next is between American mink and zuo jia mink (0.0109),the last was between jin zhou black and American mink(0.0213). This indicated that it could be available for different mink distinguished by the methods of protein polymorphism and discussed correlation between different breeds.This indicated that it could be available for different mink distinguished by the methods of protein polymorphism and discussed correlation between different breeds.General linear model was founded for the selection of biochemical genetic marker. Least squares variance analysis showed that there is significant difference (PO.05) for Pi-3 Loci of zuo jia mink and fur size had significant correlation, Pi-3 Loci of American mink and rate of awn length and vellus length, Est Loci of jin zhou black mink and weight, Po Loci of jin zhou black mink and rate of awn length and vellus length, Po and Est Loci of jin zhou black mink and vellus length.Least squares means showed that there was genetic correlation for some genetypesat Loci of protein polymorphism and Economic character, it was up to significant difference(P<0.05) for AA type and AB type In Pi-3 Locus of zuo jia mink and fur size, ofAmerican mink and rate of awn length and vellus length, for AB type and BC type and AB type and BB type in Est Loci of jin zhou black mink and weight, for AA type and AB type in Po Loci of jin zhou black mink and rate of awn length and vellus length, for AA type and AB type in Po Loci and AB type and BC type in Est Loci of jin zhou black mink and vellus length. So there was genetic correlation for some genetypes at Loci of protein polymorphism and Economic character.
