In order to discuss the effect of American black silver male fox improved local fox, weanalyze the statistical of the growth data of496hybrid fox by the test of progressive hybridimprovement experiment.And11protein loci of local silver black fox、American silver foxblack fox and their three mixed generations which included Haemoglbin(Hb), Albumin(Alb),Prealbumin(Pr),Transferrin(Tf),slow-α-globulin(Sag),Carbonic anhydrase(CA), Proteaseinhibitor-1(Pi-l),Protease inhibitor-2(Pi-2),Protease inhibitor-3(Pi-3), Peroxidases(Pox) andvitamin D binding protein (GC), were detected by method of vertical polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis.It explores the varieties of genetic similarity and genetic relationship, andreveals the relationship between the blood protein and economic characters.It provides areliable basis for early selection and improving the quality of the skin. The results showedthat:1. The body weight and tail length of local fox, F1generations, F2generations and F3generations4groups in the period of sub-nest,3months,5months,8months and adult hadhighly significant differences (P<0.01);The body length between local fox and F1generationgroups in the period of sub-nest,3months,5months,8months and adult had highlysignificant differences (P<0.01), and the body length of F1generations, F2generations and F3generations groups in the period of sub-nest,3months old,8months old, adult weresignificant (P<0.05), while in5months stage had highly significant difference (P<0.01).Thefox hybrids growth faster and the size in appearance of fox adult is larger and stronger, so theeffect of improvement is obvious.2. By polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis analysis, the results showed that Hb, Alb, Pr,GC, CA, Sag protein loci are Monomorphic;Pi-1,Pi-3,Tf,Pox four protein locus arepolymorphic and were controlled respectively by2,2,4,3alleles.Pi-2site were not detectedclearly. In five groups, Pi-1and Pi-3locus were characterized by2,3kinds of genotype, Tfloci of4,4,4,3,2kinds of genotype, Pox loci of4,4,3,4,2kinds of genotypes.3.5groups of Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium analysis showed that Tf and Pox wereunbalanced loci in the local fox and F1hybrid(P<0.05);Tf was unbalanced loci in Americanfox and F2hybrid(P <0.05);Pi-3、Tf and Pox were unbalanced loci in F3hybrid(P<0.05). Itillustrated these sites of silver black fox some happened with selection and mutation and thegenetic structure of the fox group with a certain degree of variation. 4. According to the Ne, H two genetic variation parameter statistics, the variation offour protein polymorphism loci were detected in five groups was Tf> Pox>Pi-3>Pi-1.Theminimum degree of genetic variation was Pi-1,the largest degree of genetic variation was Tfloci.The average heterozygosity of five groups’ order was F1>the local fox>F2>F3> theUnited States fox, and the percentage of polymorphic loci was40%. The greater theheterozygosity, the greater the degree of genetic variation, the greater the potential forartificial selection.5. From the results of the genetic similarity and cluster analysis between groups, F2andF3generation hybrid fox’s genetic similarity coefficient was the largest (0.9973) and thegenetic distance was the smallest (0.0027),so the genetic relationship was the nearest. Thegenetic similarity coefficient between the local fox and American fox wassmallest(0.9423),and the genetic distance was the largest(0.0594),so the genetic relationshipwas the farthest.6. With screening the linear model of biochemical genetic marker in silver black fox, theresults showed that the B gene of Pi-1site in silver and black fox had a certain correlation tobody weight and villus length;the A gene of Pi-3loci controlled body length and hairlength;Pox loci had a great influence on the silver black fox body length, the body length ofAC type was significantly greater than CC type’s.
