The DNA diversity of these 8 mink breeds (n=488) was determined using 20 microsatellite markers and analyzed statistically. Allete frequency, heterozygosity value (H), polymorphism information content (PIC), Nei's standard distance and Nei's s distance were calculated. Dendrogram was constructed using the Neighbor-Joining methods. To the best of my knowledge, Mvi389 Mvi355 Mvi1271 and Mvi4032 were Monomorphic loci. The other Loci were polymorohic. Mvi4026 Mvi586 Mvi4051 Mvi4025 Mvi4039 Mvi4030 Mvi1273 and Mvi1302 of mink were controlled by three codominant alleles, Mvi4006 and Mvi4042 were controlled by four codominant alleles, the other loci was controlled by tow codominant alleles. The polymorphism information content and mean heterozygosity value are between 0.4846-0.8775 and 0.4458-0.4915 respectively. According to Ds and Da genetic distance, we made the NJ cluster respectively. Comparing the 2 dendrograms, Silverblue mink and Pearl mink were the same group, Regal White mink and Danish mink were the same group, The resulte was right. This indicated that it could be available for different mink distinguished by the methods of microsatellite polymorphism and discussed correlation between different breeds, which can provide the scientific theory of protecting and using of mink resource.Analysis of variance procedure show : For weight of mink,the sequence is Pearl mink( the number of the male and the female is 2.5707 and 1.1601 respectively), Jinzhou mink (the number of the male and the female is 2.5533 and 1.1578 respectively) ,Silverblue mink (the number of the male and the female is 2.4783 and 1.1280 respectively) Danish mink(the number of the male and the female is 2.4577 and 1.1247 respectively)American mink( the number of male and female is 2.0658 and 1.1089respectively). For Length of mink body, Jinzhou mink (the number of the maleand the female is 48.1333 and 39.6333 respectively), Pearl mink( the number of the male and the female is 47.3677 and 39.1333 respectively), Silverblue mink (the number of the male and the female is 47.1333and 39.0667 respectively) Danish mink(the number of the male and the female is 46.2667 and 38.3667 respectively)American mink( the number of male and female is 44.9000 and 36.6333 respectively). For the length of awn, the sequnce is Silverblue mink(27.3600),Pearl mink(26.3467), Jinzhou(23.4917), Danish mink(23.0000), American mink(20.1250) respectively. For the length of vellus, For the length of vellus, the sequnce is Silverblue mink( 16.8967), Pearl mink(16.7217),Jinzhou(]6.4500), ,American mink(16.3533) , Danish mink(16.0867) respectively. For the diameter of awn and vellus, the sequnce is Pearl mink(75.967 and 14.3667). Silverblue mink(73.183 and 14.1708), Jinzhou(64.767 and 13.6733), Danish mink(63.667 and 13.4958), American mink(56.167 and 13.3667) respectively.General linear model was founded for the selection of biochemical genetic marker. Least squares variance analysis showed that Mvi4004 and weight of Jin zhou mink had significant correlation, Mvi4015 and Mvi4013 and vellus length of Silverblue mink had significant correlation.It was up to significant difference(P<0.05) for weight between AA type and AB type of Mvi4004 in Jin zhou mink, weight between AC type and BB type of Mvi4006 in Jin zhou mink, Allele A plays a positive role, weight between AA type and BB type of Mvi4004 in Silverblue mink, Allele A plays a positive role. It was up to significant difference (PO.05) for body length between AA type and AB type of Mvi4006 in Danish mink. It was up to significant difference for awn length between AA type and BB type of Mvi4013 in Pearl mink, Allele A plays a positive role. It was up to significant difference (P<0.05) for awn diameter between BB type and CC type, BC type and CC type of Mvi586 in Pearl mink. It was up to significant difference (P<0.05) for vellus length between AA type and AB type, AB type and BB type of Mvi4013 in Silverblue mink, Allele A plays a positive role. It was up to significant difference (P<0.05) for vellus length between AA type and BB type, AB type and BB type of Mvi4015 in Silverblue mink. It was up to significant difference (P<0.05) for vellus length between AA type and BB type , AB type and BB type of Mvi4001 in Silverblue mink. Allele B plays a positive role It was up to significant difference (P<0.05) for vellus diameter between AC type and BD type , AC type and CC type of Mvi4006 in Jin zhou mink, Allele A plays a positive role. It was up to significant difference(PO.05) for vellus diameter between AA type and AB type of Mvi4001 and Mvi2243 in Silverblue mink, Allele B plays a nagetive role.
