We made the test to construct second generation forest with Manchurian Ash, Birch, Dragon Spruce and Larch using integrated technology of forest management including table ground preparation, chemistry tending and block planting, in connection with some conditions that the clear cutting slashing changes into grass land and marsh due to changing of light and temperature, and the reserve rate of seedling is 20% in common forestation. And used Velpar-L made in USA Dupont Company and monitored and investigated soil pollution. The result of the test shows that the survival percent of the second generation planting forest separately is 94.9% White Birch, 90.6% Manchurian Ash, 95.6% Dragon Spruce, 92.8% Larch, average survival percent is 93.5%; survival percent in 3-years survival percent separately is 93.8% White Birch, 82.7% Manchurian Ash, 93.2% Dragon Spruce, 88.1% Larch, average survival percent is 89.5%; the tree height increment of Manchurian Ash, White Birch, Dragon Spruce, Larch separately is 5.13, 1.65, 1.18, 1.90times of common forestation; Velpar-L kill 91% of rank grass in the year when it was used, the next year rank grass deputation rate is 9.7%, one is 20.6% of third year, and have not cause the soil pollution; It can succeed again to construct second generation forest; The cost of chemistry tending can be reduced 85.68% in thicket tending age (4 years) than artificial tending, the rate of the cost is 1:4.95. The test can not only obtain bigger economic benefits, but also construct high yield forest rapidly.
