The amphibians was a special group in biosystem.it was the intergradation from hydrophily to terraneous, because of its special biology characteristic,so it had intimate relationship with human.Compendium of Materia Medica recorded 9 kinds of medical amphibians can be used as medicine. From foundation of our country, the traditional herb medicine was recognized deeply,and made enormous progress. According to Si Chuan Herb Journal(1962) and Chinese Medicine Animal Journal the first volume(1979) and the second volume(1983) recorded, medical amphibians were up to 22 species, up to date, the medical amphibians were recorded in literature about 32 species totally.The medical amphibians were abundant in our country, some species were not exploited. They were known early because the flesh had much protein, some necessary amion acid and microelement, the nutrition was rich and can be used as medicine.Recently, with the development of economy and the living standard.the safety of food was concerned strictly, then used the forest frog getting rid of insect to protect the crops, producing the green food booming in some districts of China.The frogs were spreaded widely and much in nature,they took the small insects as their food,the result revealed that the little capital can make lots profit,and the bioprofit was obvious.Although the frogs had many usage and did good to people,recently because of hunting,bioenviroment destorying,polluting and many factors,the quantity of frogs declined sharply, some had died out and some were critical danger, need protection and redemption urgently. The frogs breeding were booming all over the country, but at present only semi-artificial and semi-wild,and there were many problems need to solve. So the author using the radioimmunoassay to detect the level of reproductive gland, and realized the forest frog's reproductive in irreproductive season, breaching the bottle neck of forest frog breeding. The method was easy and can be repeated easily. The research also clarified that hibernation was the indispensability to amphibians in Hei Longjiang. Because of the speciality of geography distributing, the author refered many literature related, didnot find this kind research inside andoverseas.The frogs were a transition type from hydrophily to terraneous, configuration and enginery did not consummate, it must depend upon water and humidity environment, the movement ability was feeble, cannot make long distance movement. So the distribution of the frogs in nature were more stabilization than amniote, the distribution principle used as thecredible thereunder of animal geography borough frequently. Because the general taxonomy had limitation, so people used molecular biology method and approach to reregonize the species much more. Because the rDNA sequence can be used as the thereunder of biosystem evolution and taxonomy, with the accumulation of mtDNA.the nucleus DNA information could be acquired much more.make complementation for mtDNA,, it will be helpful to regonize the target of systemics. This research cloned and sequence the 18SrDNA, sent to the GenBank(the log in number was: AY145522 AF541872)compared the homology.discussed the genetic differentiation and molecular systemtics relationship.
