Peppers belong to Capsicum genus of Solanaceae genus. Peppers became a primary kind of vegetables which are planted most widely in world. They are planted old-line in china. Peppers have edible, condiments, officinal extensive uses etc. New varieties of peppers are fetched in or bread which is especially important."Chuan nong pao jiao yi hao" is selected breeding for teen years by Sichuan Agricultural University. It's parent is the capsicum which is imported from America. It is a new pickled pepper variety. Fruit type of "Chuan nong pao jiao yi hao" is obtuse taper. Fruit surface of it has beige flaws or helical stripes. Fruit flesh is very thick and hard; its piquancy is very hard, and moisture content is higher than others peppers."Chuan nong pao jiao yihao" and other twenty-one pepper varieties are testing materials . The study apply three types of genetic marker: morphological markers, cytological markers (Karyotype analysis method) and biochemical markers (Isozyme electrophoresis: POD; EST; protein). The results showed "Chuan nong pao jiao yi hao" pepper taxonomical status:1. "Chuan nong pao jiao yi hao" belongs to C.f. Var. fasciculatum Sturt. in morphological classification and belongs to peppery pepper in horticultural classification by way of analysis of peppers botanical characters.2. "Chuan nong pao jiao yi hao" was made karyotype analysis. The result showed that "Chuan nong pao jiao yi hao" belongs to 2A type. Karyotype formula is 22m+2sm. It showed that "Chuan nong pao jiao yi hao" is more primordial than peppery peppers and pimientos and karyotype of that is more symmetrical than these. So "Chuan nong pao jiao yi hao" belongs to relatively primordial type in consanguinity relation of pepper.3.The enzyme strips which is attained by electrophoresis of POD EST and protein was clustering analysis. The result showed that "Chuan nong pao jiao yi hao" is close to C.f. Var. fasciculatum Sturt. according to Linne's taxonomy. The enzyme strips of'Chuan nong pao jiao yi hao" mainly centralize at quick strip area. Moreover at the time of making classification of pepper consanguinity relation by electrophoresis of POD EST and protein, POD attains the most enzyme strips and decentralization.When identify the classification of "Chuan nong pao jiao yi hao" consanguinity relation in pepper varieties, we adopt many means, such as morphology, cytogenetics, biochemistry, microspore, molecular biology and fuzzy mathematics etc. It can ulteriorly identify the classification of consanguinity relation in pepper varieties.
