This paper studied on the sequence of limiting amino acids and microbial protein constitute and digest relation in growth period goat by nutrients infusion technique, Firstly, It is analyzed and evaluated the muscle and the amino acids constitute of microbial protein in Liuyang black goat, according to its production characteristics, it is established infusion amino acids mode of small intestine as the target mode, at the same time, with the basic diet condition, It is measured turnover and digest rate of all amino acids in small intestines by in vivo method ,then combining with above two experiment results, turnover of amino acids are determined by adopting dynamic increment model of amino acids ,next using digression method infused different limiting amino acids , with daily diet of com- bean type condition ,It is proved that limiting amino acids sequence and all changes of microorganism protein in Liuyang black goat. Result showed, amino acids constitute in small intestine in Liuyang black goat really affect rumen microorganism protein constitute and absorbability. The first period experiment Determination of limiting amino acid infusionFour Liuyang black goats(10kg) with the same father, fitted with permanent fistula in the rumen, at the proximal duodenum and terminal ileum. Measured chyme amino acids, turnover and digest rate of microbial protein amino acids of different part of nutrient canal in Liuyang black goat, with diet combining analysis data of muscle amino acids and growth characteristic of Liuyang black goat, determined specific amino acids infusing capacity.Lysine, methionine and leucine were determined lastly as the second experiment infusing amino acids by adopting amino acids dynamic increment model. The second period experiment Influence of limiting amino acids on microbial protein amino acids and chyme amino acidsTwelve Liuyang black goats(10kg) installed permanent fistula in rumen, at the proximal duodenum and terminal ileum. Amino acids with decrement infusion method is infused in duodenum, using randomized block design, the group respectively are no, lysine, methionine and leucine decrement infusion group, and collecting different part chyme, it are measured chyme amino acids and microbial protein amino acids turnover, constitute and digest rate. Experiment shows:2.1 Influence of amino acids infusion on microbial amino acidsIn rumen, duodenum part, MCP yield or turnover diversity in all experiment groups is not signal (P>0.05), in ileum part, that diversity between group is not signal (P>0.05), while that diversity between this three groups with group is terribly signal (P>0.01), MCP yield or turnover of group is maximum among 4 groups in ileum part.Proportion of essential and nonessential amino acids in group is maximum in rumen part, and the same time, that diversity between group is not signal, and between this three groups with group is signal; In duodenum part, EAA/NEAA rate of group is maximum, that diversity between, with group is signal; in ileum part, that diversity between 4 groups is not signal (P>0.05).From rumen to duodenum phase, as far as 4 amino acids infusion groups are concerned, digest rate is about 10 percent. Among those, digest rate of group is maximum, while that of group is minimum, that diversity between these two groups is signal (P0.05). As for total digest rate, the group is minimum, that diversity between with other three groups is signal (P<0.05).2.2 Influence of amino acids infusion on chyme amino acidsChyme amino acids turnover diversity of unit organic substance in rumen part is not signal(P>0.05);but in duodenum part, that diversity between with group is signal(P<0.05), among 4 groups ,that of group is maximum; in ileum part, that diversity is signal(p<0.05).In rumen, EAA/NEAA of I group is maximum, and that diversity between with , group is signal (P<0.05); in duodenum, EAA/NEAA diversity is not signal (P<0.05), among 4 groups, that of group is maximum, while that of group is minimum; In ileum, EAA/NEAA of I group is maximum,...
