Automatic Computer-controlled System For Timber Drying

Based on state of the art computer technology and the writer's many years of experience accumulated in practice in automatic control of timber drying, an automatic computer controlled system has been established .The system can dynamic collect environment condition parameter in the process. According to the collected data and specific drying gradient, a suitable parameter for controlling timber drying is produced to control the timber drying process.An operation interface is designed to provide an directed easy control .A weighing method is adopted to measure the average moisture content of testing board in the timber dry kiln and an integrated temperature sensor is usual to measure the temperature and humidity in the kiln.The research can improve the quality of drying timber and shorten the time for drying to bring substantial profits to enterprises.
