The pump station of Binhai is the first level pump stations in water supplyengineering project of Tongyu River. It takes on the task of transporting irrigation waterto Lian yungang. The flow of the engineering design is50m3/s.There are5verticalaxial-flow pumps,whose impeller diameter is1.6meter the total installed capacity is3550kw.The design head of pumping station is3.7m.There are12high or low voltageboard,including the main transformer(SC10-5000/35),housetransformer(SC10-250/35/0.4), indoor air-immersed transformer(SCB10-400/10/0.4)and6devices of rotary raking equipment.The project is equipped with Microcomputer protection,a fairly full-fledged LANsystem,some fixed cameras for monitoring and multi-functional testers.Although it canfunction as data collection,video surveillance and office automation,there are somedisadvantages,including the lower automatic level,the weaker stability of the equipmentand the lack of long-range control,parameter analysis and intelligent scheduling.As aresult,the project can not meet the needs of water conservancymodernization.Everything taken into consideration,we are going to promote theautomatic computer control system,video monitoring system and the software under thefully utilizing original equipment.The automatic control system will be more intelligentand reliable and the unit operation will be more safe and steady through these efforts.theoperation management will meet the requirement of unattended operation.
