Tissue Culture And Commercial Micropropagation Of Sinningia Speciosa

In this paper, two varieties of Sinningia speciosa ( "CV.Lewchtfeuer" and "CV.Berhnre" ) are used as material of study. Through leaves isolated culture, We researched several facets of Sinningia speciosa inducing genotype , elementary culture medium, compose of hormone in culture medium, time and frequency of secondary culture, medium of root inducing , medium and time of transplant, way of culture and seedling management. Studied the ability of callus development and plant regeneration , the diflference in genotype , compose of hormone in culture medium , time and frequency of secondary culture , the influence of different kinks of transplant medium and time to Sinningia speciosa living . Furthermore , the technical level of culture young plant in factory . production made , production cost and economic accounting , management to young plant in greenhouse are also discussed . Our study indicated that using the tissue culture of Sinningia speciosa can breed many young plants promptly and got good economic profits.
