This experiment was carried out during 2001~2003 in ShandongAgricultural University. The control of respiratory metabolism on cherrydormancy and technical of dormancy release were studied in Prunus aviumL.cv.Jijia. The main results were as follows: 1.During the whole dormancy period, the content of soluble sugar in budsrose and it had two noble changes. After that soluble sugar changed small.Starch in buds accumulated slowly in earlier stage and reached the top contentin the last ten-day of Nov. After that, the content of starch reduced slowly forabout one month and dropped sharply. Shading raised the content of solublesugar. Shading first raised starch content and then dropped it. Effects ofshading on carbohydrate of flower buds were higher than that of leaf buds.Spraying ABA made the content of soluble sugar drop and raised starchcontent. GA3 and 6-BA raised carbohydrate content and effect of GA3 were thebest. Higher of concentration of growth regulators was, better effects of it had. 2.Protein formed as temperature was low in fall and the content increasedduring winter, reached the highest during the last ten-day of Dec to the firstten-day of Jan. Content of protein decreased in Feb. Content of amino acid andNH3showed similar changes. Asp of buds was highest during dormancy, Gluand Pro was the second and third, respectively. Asp and Val and Met belongedto decreased amino acid. Effects of regulators on protein content weredifferent during dormancy: ABA raised the content of protein but GA3 and6-BA decreased it. Higher concentrations of regulators were, more evidenteffects were. GA3 and 6-BA increased the content of amino acid but ABAdecreased it. 3呼吸代谢对甜樱桃自然休眠的调控及破眠技术研究 3.During dormancy period, PGI activity dropped and MDH activitychanged little during dormancy period. G-6-PDH and 6-PGDH activitiesenhanced and them in flower bud were higher. The changes of enzymes wereconsistent with the changes of respiratory pathway of dormancy buds. Shadingmade PGI activity drop and had on obvious effect on MDH activity. Shadingenhanced the activities of G-6-PDH and 6-PGDH. Spraying ABA enhancedPGI activity but decreased activities of MDH and G-6-PDH and 6-PGDH.Effects of GA3 and 6-BA on them were reverse. Effects of 6-BA were best inearlier stage but that of GA3were best in late stage. The higher of regulatorsconcentration the better effect they had. That changes of enzymes wereconsistent with respiratory pathway of regulators indicated that GA3 and 6-BAwere helpful to dormancy release by enhancing activities of G-6-PDH and6-PGDH. 4. Respiratory intensity was high during early dormancy period before thearrival of chilling, then dropped. Respiratory intensity was very stable at lowermetabolic level during dormancy period, only rose slightly at the end ofdormancy. Different kinds of respiratory pathway changed obviously: the rateof TCA was stable and took a dominant position. The rate of EMP took adropping trend but that of HMP had a obviously rising trend. Shading reducedrespiratory intensity of buds and effects of shading on respiratory intensity offlower buds were obviously. Shading made rate of EMP drop but raised that ofTCA and PPP. High temperature raised respiratory intensity of buds. Lowtemperature dropped respiratory intensity and in late stage it of buds washigher than CK. Effect of fluctuating temperature on respiratory intensity ofbuds was near to that of high temperature. High temperature raised rates ofEMP and TCA but dropped rate of PPP evidently. Low temperature raised rateof PPP obviously and fluctuating temperature had no noble effects. SprayingGA3 and 6-BA raised respiratory intensity and raised rates of TCAand PPP butdrop that of EMP. Effects of 6-BA on respiratory pathway were better than thatof GA3 in early stage but they were reverse in late stage. ABA reduced 4山东农业大学...
