The dissertation makes a study on the effect of oyster shell soil remediation on the soil enzymatic activity, soil physical-chemical factors, and soil microbial community. In this paper, the oyster shell soil remediation which is made of the oyster shuck was fertilized to the soil of greenhouse in Chengyang region vegetable base of Qingdao, and then the soil enzymatic activity, the soil physical-chemical factors and the soil microbial community was measured. The result of statistics analysis such as t-test and correlation etc suggest that the soil remediation have an effect on the soil of greenhouse. The soil remediation promotes the crops to absorb nitrogen and phosphorus and properly improves pH of soil to avoid soil acidification, hi addition, it was found that the soil remediation probably affects soil enzymatic activity, for example that it inhabited the urease activity and enhanced the utilization of urea, hi the meanwhile, the amylase activity is improved to help the decomposing of polysaccharide in soil, and invertase activity is also improved which is beneficial to the microbe. It reveals that the remediation increases the quantity of bacteria and azotobacter which is propitious to increase the soil fertility. In different period, soil enzyme activity, physical-chemical activity and soil microbial community is varying. Correlation assay shows that these factors have an intimate relationship. These studies are useful to ameliorate soil micro-environment, enhance soil fertility and ascertain decorous fertilizer concentration, which help to improve vegetable yield and quality. It is very important to soil persisting development.
