Influence of soil conditioner 'Agri-SC on physical and chemical characteristics of soil,soil microbe,soil enzyme and physiology and biochemistry of vegetables was studied in different types of soil,different dosages,different application times and different vegetables(Brassica oleracea,Daucus carota,Allium sativum) to confirm the feasible application dosage and method.The results indicated:1. The feasible application dosage of soil conditioner is different in different soil types.200 and 600 are feasible dosage in soil and mortar black soil respectively.2. The results that two application is better than once can be discovered from the experiment of different application time.The influence of soil conditioner on physical and chemical characteristics of soil,soil microbe,soil enzyme showed remarkable time effect.The influence on topsoil is significant in short time and it became more significant as time went on.3. Soil conditioner can improve physical and chemical characteristics of soil effectively.Compared with control experiment,soil bulk densities went up 5.81-6.34%,soil porosity increased 9.30-11.39%,field capacity ascended 4.93-9.16%,electrical conductivity decreased 20.94-37.00%,soil cation exchange capacity increased 10.51-19.42% and soil specific surface area add up 7.07-18.26%.4. Compared with control experiment,three kinds of microbe and their total quantity increased in some degrees in different soil layer applied with soil conditioner.The quantity of bacteria,actinomycete and fungi increased 13.04-47.36%,23.01-88.89% and 13.43-58.35 respectively.The total quantity of microbe inceased 13.72-39.76%. Population of nitrite and denitro bacteria changed greatly. Nitrite bacteria decreased 24.00-44.44% and denitro bacteria increased 144.44-200.15% in contrast.5.
