In order to study the optimization size of multi-vitamin, complex trace elements and bioactive composite additive designed by ourselves in broilers' foodstuff, which improve meat quality, 630 one-day-old healthy Avian broilers (one half sires, one half dams) of commercial generation were chosen as experimental animals. The multi-vitamin, complex trace elements and bioactive composite additive designed by ourselves was chosen as experimental factors, which were composed of some important micronutrients that could improve the main traits of meat quality. 630 broilers were randomly divided into 21 groups (one control and 20 treatments) and each group contained 30 animals by three-factor, five-level, binary quadric orthogonal regression rotational design. We designed 15 kinds of diverse 1.5% premix and corresponding 15 complete diets at the same level of protein and energy by adding ourselves designed additives, which was respectively fed to 20 treatments. The control was fed with the diet prepared with the premix of "Da Huanong" at same energy and protein level as the diet of treatments. After 49-day feeding experiment, We made the production performance test, butcher test, meat quality measurement. Variance, regression and multi-index optimization were analyzed by SAS 8.1 to study the effect of the experimental premix on broilers' production performance, carcass characterization and meat quality. The experiment also provided high quality preparing technique and production of premix for efficient, fine broilers' production in the modernized intensive condition. The results are as follows: the gain weight, the ratio of feeds to weight and abdominal fat percentage of 7 weekly broilers have significant relevant with the level of each complex additive (P0.05), respectively. The rate of chest muscle to live weight, PH1 of muscle, water holding capacity, intramuscular fat and crude protein have great significant relevant with the level of each complex additive (P0.01), respectively. When gain weight, ratio of feeds to weight, the rate of chest muscle to live weight, abdominal fat percentage, muscle PHI, water holding capacity, intramuscular fat and crude protein accounted for 10%, 10%, 10%, 20%, 10%, 10%, 20% and 10% at 7th weeks, respectively. We concluded the best formula contained 1885.01mg/kg multi-vitamin, 4326.36mg/kg complex trace elements and 1885.01mg/kg bioactive composite by optimization analysis with computer and compositive evaluatingindex of meat quality was the biggest. Three complex additive level of No.l experimental premix was closest. Therefore, No. 1 experimental premix was the best among 15 kinds of experimental premix. At 7th weeks, gain weight, ratio of feeds to weight, the rate of chest muscle to live weight, muscle PHI, water holding capacity, dry matter, crude protein and intramuscular fat was great significant higher than the control by 12.40%, 7.07%, 1.96%, 11.23%, 14.06%, 2.09%, 2.13% and 0.20% (P0.01), respectively. Abdominal fat percentage, Muscle color, Marbling and Crude mineral was significant higher than the control by 0.19%, 38.25%, 39.52% and 0.20% (P0.05) , respectively. In experiment, No.l experimental premix was more fitting. According to computer optimization, No.l experimental premix was the best among 15 kinds of experimental premix.
