The problem of working efficiency and working quality is important to harvester holder. The machine holders drive machine quickly during harvesting crops, so that improving working efficiency and wining more money. In order to keeping good harvesting quality/the harvester holders increase working efficiency with leaving higher wheat stubble. The result of the operation is harmful to the next farm work .Now we will make designs for lower cutting installation to solve the problem.With reserching lower cutting installation, we found many method that resolve the problem of higher wheat stubble and reducing load, and compare with them, the design has three virtue :1 The lower cutting unit can keep excellent working quality . This unit not only leave lower wheat stubble , but also reduce the least lost of wheat harvesting .2 The lower cutting unit can reduce load of harvesting , then save much energy of fuel and reduce wear of compoment.3 The technology of combine harvester is very mature now . Especially hydraulic and electric components are adopted in many combine harvester such as JL 1075 combine harvester , which increase the performance of combine harvest largly. So in view of the situation , the design reforming these harvester may improve the function of machine further, also adapt combine harvester to farm work .The design of JL 1075 combine harvester generally divide four system which include cutting mechanism system , force by wheel driving system , chain transmission and force auxiliary system.The cutting mechanism include, two reciprocating cutter, which install below the cutterbar of machine. The cutting system is drived by rod-crank mechanism . The protruding feature of the design is adopting force by wheel driving system. Distance ofcutting progress seriously effect cutting quality, then distance of cutting progress is relative with the advance velocity of machine .The velocity of wheel equal to the advance velocity of machine. Distance of cutting progress can be constant by wheel driving cutting mechanism. Transmission system is two-step chain transmission . Cutting speed is other important element which keep good cutting quality. Cutting speed of lower cutting installation is very low when machine ran at first, so cutting quality is poor this time. In order to solve the problem, we design force auxiliary system to make cutting speed keeping optimum value all time ,which may make cutter cutting successfuly.
