This paper designs and processes a new type of sand shrub for fixed length cutting by studying the development status of forestry machinery research and related shrub processing equipment at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of resource materials such as sand shrubs and forest tending residues in northwestern China.Rotary multi-saw saw bush cutter.Based on the research and utilization of shrub cutting mechanism,this paper collects and collects domestic and foreign information about cutting theory and woodworking cutting machinery,and combines theoretical calculation and experimental verification to ensure the scientific and effective design.Design and check the main The organization includes:feeding,sawing and pressing mechanisms.The rotary feeding mechanism is an innovative design,which can ensure the integration of the feeding and discharging collection functions,reduce the labor cost and labor intensity under the premise of stable and efficient feeding,reduce the labor cost and labor intensity;The multi-saw sawing method ensures that the cutting process is smooth and effective;the blade is cut into small segments of a prescribed length by specifying the distance between the saw blades(50 mm).In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of the design,the sawing test of the same working condition is carried out by controlling the parameters such as the diameter of the bush,the water content and the feeding speed,and the key data is collected and the theoretical verification is carried out while simulating the real cutting process.Static analysis and modal analysis of the tool and the machine frame were performed using Abaqus software.Finally,the prototype production test was carried out to verify the machine cutting effect.The results show that the machine can achieve the desired sawing effect while ensuring the target production efficiency.
