Laburnum × watereri 'Vossii' and its rootstock L.anagyroides, as good ornamental trees, came from France . As they were introducting woody plants ,with a slow rate of growth and little amount of young plants ,it was necessary to establish the system of micropropagation .The emphasis of this thesis was to establish the system of micropropagation of L. watereri 'Vossii' and L.anagyroides.The results showed that ,side buds of summer and autumn were more benefit for tissue culture .The optimal medium of the sprouting of L.watereri 'Vossii'was MS+6-BA0.50mg/L+NAA0.10mg/L, and MS+6-BA0.50mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L was optimal for L.anagyroides .The explants also can differentiate to plantlets during sprouting culture. MS+6-BA0.10mg/L+NAA0.25mg/L was optimal medium of the multiplication of L.watereri 'Vossii',and optimal multiplication medium of Lanagyroides was MS+6-BA0.25mg/L+NAA0.05 mg/L.Vitrification was one of the problems which affected the growth of plantlets in vitro.PGRs,sugar, agar with different densities ,the culture containter and the sealing materials were also studied in this experiment.,and vitreous shoots could chang to normal plantlets. Agar was replaced by perlite during rooting culture. With optimal medium : 1/2MS+IBA1.0mg/L,the rooting rate of L.watereri 'Vossii' was 78.33%,and the rooting number was 4.14; With optimal medium : 1/2MS+NAA0.1mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L,the rooting rate of L.anagyroides was 68.33%, and the rooting number was 3.23.Moreover, the rooting rate of top buds was higher than side buds. For 2 hours, 500ppm IBA was more adapt to the rooting ofL.watereri 'Vossii', and 500ppm NAA was more valuable for the rooting of L.anagyroide ,in the rooting test of two steps .They also rooted outside the test tube.Humidity was the primary factor relating to transplant. The optimal medium for transplant was vermiculite: perlite(1v:4v).
