Biogas-linked ecosystem can organically integrate the treatment and utilization of waste resources, the protection of ecological environment and the agricultural production, which is favorable for the sustainable development of agriculture. And the comprehensive utilization of biogas residues is significant for the mitigation of the shortage of organic fertilizer and the promotion of the production of classy food.In the article, a biogas fermentation system integrated of planting, breeding, biogas fermentation and fertilization was constructed and its running mechanism was studied. It indicated that the biogas ecosystem could realize the targets of clean breeding, reutilization of dung and the healthy development of ecological agriculture. The economic modeling was created to optimize the investment structure among the subsystems of fruit production, vegetable cultivation, biogas digester and the breeding, which can enhance the income of the ecosystem by 26%.Through the compared experiments of topdressing biogas residues and chemical fertilizer to the cucumber greenhouse, the effects of biogas residues on the soil fertility and the growth, output and qualities of cucumber were studied. And through the experiments of irrigation biogas slurry on different ratios to the orchard, the effects of biogas residues of different concentrations on the orchard soil and the growth, outputs of apple trees and the qualities of apples were researched. The results indicated, biogas residues could enhance the organic matter of greenhouse soil by 31.60%. The output of cucumber was enhanced by 15.90%. And the reductive sugar and Vc of the cucumber were obviously enhanced. Different concentrations of biogas slurry had remarkable influence on the contents of organic matter, effective phosphorus, effective kalium of orchard soil, whereas the effects on the ammonium-nitrogen and pH were slight. The application of biogas slurry has a limiting concentration. In the ecosystem, under the condition of irrigation biogas slurry with 50% concentration, the growth of apple tree was better and the output was higher.The reductive sugar and Vc of apples were highest, which were respectively higher than those of irrigation with pure water by 24.93% andl7.63%.
