Songjiang borough having area of 604.7km is situated on the southwest of Shanghai influenced by the oceanic monsoon climate. Songjiang is located at dishing billabong of Tai Lake drainage area, churchyard topography is low-lying, the great mass of territory has black and purple mud mainly. Among the tilth of the borough, the billabong below 3.2m altitude covers 2/3. Total production value of farming, forestry, herd and fishery arrives at 22.5 hundred millions yuan and GDP 8.3 hundred millions yuan, covering 1.5% of the all GDP of the borough. At present, vegetable, melon and fruit, flower and aquatic product have become four the agricultural dominant industries.Cultivation of fruit trees of Songjing borough mainly has pear,peach,grape and other minority fruit trees. Among the 1.9 ten thousand units of area of fruit cultivation area, pear covers 1 ten thousand units of area, occupied 52.6% of total borough area of fruit cultivation. Become important base of the production of pear, area and production are both cover 1/3 of that of Shanghai.Recent years, science and technology rising agriculture item of the agricultural committee of Shanghai named Exploitation of high quality of new pear variety and technique of safety production, four new technique extending item named Extendability of high quality, prematurity of new pear variety and Exploitation of production technique of high quality of peach and pear and so on were performed on the production of pear. This article based on the items narrated above, through diagnoses the problem occurring at the pear production, combining the requirement of safety production of pear, bring forward measures of high quality production and industry development of pear and form the research report. The report has four main parts: firstly, the basic complexion and existent problem of production of pear of Songjiang ; secondly, conception and standard of safety and high quality production, mainly including pollution-free, green, organic and district standard of Shanghai ; thirdly, requirement of key technique of safety and high qualityproduction, mainly including selection of safety production circumstance and well-bred variety , application of deeper channel and higher farmland, collocation of pollination trees, management of soil, fertilizer ,water , management of flowing and fruit, application of bending and topping, cultivation of shed and shelf, bagging of fruit, synthetical prevention and cure, harvest and reposition, safety of pear and mensuration of merchandise. Especially, experimentations were carried on bending and topping, harvest and reposition, and so on. The aim of fast shapen , earlier fruit and production of high quality fruit is implemented by bending and topping; the optimum harvest time of high quality and earlier matured varieties including Shinsui,Choju and Cuiguan by harvest experiment; at the same time ,it is confirmed by preservation experiment that earlier Shinsui can be preserved about 10 days under the 20-30℃ condition. On the base of experiment and practise, Pear pollution-free production technique regulation of Songjiang borough Shanghai and green pear Technique manipulation regulation of crystal pear production Cangqiao Shanghai were established. Finally, consideration was made on the development aim, development orientation, development mode and development countermeasure. Aims of construction of scion propagation center , technique extended center, distribution center and culture of pear exhibition were bring forward at the time of "eleventh five" .The industry of pear should be developed by the territorial, normal and safety production, promotion of management industrially and societal service .
