In recent years, the output of pears in China has increased significantly. However, due to the lack of standardized management techniques, the residues of soil, water and fruits have exceeded the standard. With the increasing concern about food safety, how to control fruit safety from the source is the current food safety field.Very concerned about the issue. The GAP Good Agricultural Practice provides operators with basic principles and recommended norms. The implementation of GAP good agricultural practices in fruit tree production is of practical significance for improving the quality of fruit. In order to improve the quality of local pear products and improve the safety level of fruits, this paper conducts GAP management for pear varieties Su Cui 1 pears adapted to the local ecological environment. It mainly studies from the planting environment(soil environment, water source environment and atmospheric environment),growth management process(tree management, flower and fruit management, fertilizer management, pest control, harvesting process)and basic guarantee. The soil, water source and fruit were tested in 2018 and the results were as follows:1.Soil:The single pollution index of metal elements including cadmium, mercury and arsenic in the three samples is lower than the limit index1,and the comprehensive pollution index is 0.3,0.32 and 0.33 respectively;the soil comprehensive pollution index is lower than the standard of green food.0.7,and has reached the green food cleaning level. The amount of organic matter, total nitrogen and cation exchange in the soil reached the soil fertility level III,and the level of available phosphorus and available potassium reached the I level.2.Water source:The single pollution index of mercury, cadmium, arsenic, lead, chromium, fluoride, petroleum, etc.in irigation water is less than 1,the comprehensive pollution index is less than 0.5,and the grade meets the cleaning level required by green food.3.Fruit:In the senses, the appearance of the fruit has the inherent shape of the variety and the characteristic color that should be present when the fruit is ripe. The fruit is intact and the fruit shape is correct. The average fruit weight is 265g,the maximum weight is 420g,and the fruit rate is 81%.The fruit rate is 90%.It has been determined that its soluble solids content is 12.4%,exceeding its limit of 11%,the titratable acid content is 0.08%,below its limit of 0.3%,omethoate,carbofuran,dichlorvos,deltamethrin,Fenvalerate,difenoconazole,chlorothalonil,cypermethrin,chlorpyrifos,cyhalothrin,carbendazim,lead,cadmium,oxazoline and other elements have not been detected, all indicators are in Within the standard limits, reach the Green Food A rating.Compared with the soil, irrigation water and fruit test results in 2016,the soil environment, water source environment and fruit quality were upgraded from the standard of pollution-free forest fruit to the standard of green food through GAP good agricultural standard management. The purpose of this study is to implement the application of good agricultural practices in pear fruit, and to fundamentally ensure the quality and safety of fruits,so as to realize the promotion and application of GAP good agricultural practices in local fruit cultivation.
