In order to study the chemical regulation technology of cassava deeply, the GR911 of cassava was used as material in this study. We set up two experiments. At first, we set up the experiment in order to select the most appropriate concentration of soaking cutting with IBA. On the base of appropriate concentration of soaking cutting with IBA, the leaves of cassava were sprayed with PP333, in order to study the effect of some physiological and quality of cassava and provide theoretical basis for the chemical regulation technology of cassava.1. In order to select the most appropriate concentration of soaking cutting with IBA, the test was set up on the tray. H2O is CK. Designing the concentration 50mg/L and 100mg/L of IBA and soaking for 20 hours and fostering on the tray with water. The results were shown as following. The treatments of 50mg/L and 100mg/L IBA could increase the number of root, the length of root, the weigh of root, the volume of root, the weigh/volume and root/hat, improve evidently the root activity by 26.3% and 8.8% respectively, increase the content of chl and the Pn. At the same time, they could increase evidently the activity of POD and decrease the content of MDA. But they werenot different between 50mg/L and 100mg/L IBA. So the concentration 50mg/L was the better appropriate concentration of soaking cutting.2. On the base of soaking the cutting with the 50mg/L IBA, the study was to select the most appropriate concentration of spraying PP333 in the field. The study designed five treatments. ①CK(soaking with H2O + spraying with H2O); ②T1(soaking with 50 mg/L IBA + spraying with H2O) ; ③T2(soaking with 50 mg/L IBA + spraying with 300 mg/L PP333) ; ④T3(soaking with 50 mg/L IBA + spraying with 500 mg/L PP333) ; ⑤T4(soaking with 50 mg/L IBA + spraying with 700 mg/L PP333). The results were shown as following. (1)Compared with CK, the single soaking of IBA could increase content of car and the Pn in the leaves, but the cooperative application could increase evidently to a further extent.(2)The single soaking of IBA could increase the soluble protein and soluble sugar content slightly, but the cooperative application could increase evidently to a further extent.(3)The all treatments could decrease the content of MDA and electrolytes leakage, increase the content of proline, the activity of POD and SOD, but the cooperative application of spraying PP333 and soaking cutting with 50mg/L IBA could increase evidently to a further extent.(4)Compared with CK, the treatments could improve the number of root by 16.3%-40.4%, the sequence was T3>T4>Ti>T2>CK; increase the weigh by 6.41%-68.8%, the sequence was T3>T1>T2>T4>CK; improve the Economicindex by 2%-18%, the sequence was T4>T3>T2>T1>CK。 (5)By the end of harvesting, the treatments influenced on the quality. The sequence of dry matters was T4>T3>T2>T1>CK; the sequence of soluble sugar was CK >T1>T2>T4> T3; the sequence of soluble protein was T3>T4> CK>T2> T1; the sequence of cellulose was T4>T3>T2>T1>CK; the sequence of starch was T4>T3>T2>T1>CK. Compared with CK, the treatments of T3 and T4 are better, but they have different slightly.
