The superior character mutant strain of Do generation was gained from the method of seed-immersion that introduced the total DNA of soybean into waxy corn 12-9-10 self-lines emerged mutagenesis.Selected the later generations through the conventional breeding to gain the mutant strain of superior protein increased the qualities of waxy corn self-line. The mutant plant grew bunched leaves in the seedling stage, two oppositifolious leaves appeared after jointing period. The mutant plant had four ears (double oppositifolious ears), the control plant had grown two ears alternate, and the plant stunt. Analyzing the peroxidase isozyme (POD) zymogram, the variation's plant of the peroxidase isozyme zymogram increase three strips for Rf3=0.16,Rfl0=0.42 Rfl2=0.75 compare with the control. The three strips that is donor had but acceptor no. Eight plants were alive after D0 strain harvested and planting again, each of the D1 generation plant appeared the variation character of the different degree: the plant was stunt, the height of the D1 lines comparedwith the control was decreased by a factor of 2537cm; D1 generation plant had a high chlorophyll contains: D1-9 stain's net photosynthesis ( Pn) was increased by a factor of 2.3%43.85% with the control, D1-10 stain's net photosynthesis ( Pn) was increased by a factor of 4.97% 45% with the control, D112 stain's net photosynthesis ( Pn) was increased by a factor of 9.7%'25.2% with the control; the chlorophyll contents was increased: the chlorophyll contents of D1-9 D110 strains were increased by a factor of 1.9%11.9%; The protein of D1-6. D1-10 was increase in the content against the control; D1-9 stain was increased in the content of the alkali solute protein against the control. The result of the experiment indicated that was feasible to transmit the soybean DNA into waxy corn by the way used the seek- immersion method. The researched of the work that selected the mutant strain of high protein content now was still on behalf early, the character hadn't stabilized, we just through some effectively of the earlier period in method of experiment to chooses the variation line of the superior quality. To be continuously in selected the mutant line with superior protein content through some effetely analysis method of physiology and biochemistry at present. It was possibility to gain the superior protein mutant line in 34 generations. It may offer the new material for breeding the high protein content self-line.
