Abstracts Seedling transplant technology has important significance for agriculture product of Xinjiang etc region, by prolonging the plant growing time and boosting the yield. However, up to now, for the immaturity of transplant machine, transplant works are almost done by manpower, and limit this technology popularizing and applying to wide area crop. Make a comprehensive view on the transplanters of domestic and overseas, the frequency of seedling block dropping becomes the choke point of advancing transplanting velocity, is a world problem. Researching the high performance transporting, metering and dropping system to boost the drop frequency has been a hotspot of farming machine.This paper introduce the present situation and problems of dry land seedling transplantation and transplanter in China, emphatically analyze and research the transporting, metering and dropping equipment, determine conveyer belt & guiding wheel to make block seedlings stand in line, cam driving double pin to separate the block seedlings and touched-off splint to fall the seedling; Set up the mathematics model of the optimal project, simulate and analyze the model in simulation software ADAMS; With the mathematics model and simulation software, optimize the dimension and kinematics parameter of the machine, obtain the main machinery parameter of the physical prototype. According to these parameters, draw the all drawing of part and assemblage. It offers the study of transporting, metering, dropping block seedling system of transplanter the theoretical basic and new way of research.This study is for transplanting the nutrition plug seedling of tomato, cotton and corn etc, able to boost the transplanting speed, alleviate labor intensity and improve transplanting reliability, make some bases for the further research of automatic transplanter.
