| Transplanting is an operation frequently performed in plug seedling production systems in greenhouses. However, seedling transplanting is a labor intensive task, it is necessary to use a robotic transplanter to reduce the labor requirement and improve the quality of seedlings. This research focuses on the automatic seedlings operating system. Main content and results are as follows:1, Sum up the development of domestic and international container seedling technology and seedling transplanter.2, Cultivate tomato plug seedlings in greenhouse, and measure the parameters for the seeding plug. After that, present the overall design of the seedling transplanting system.3, Propose the design of the plug seedlings quality testing, low-quality seedlings weeding and health seedlings replanting system. Take three kinds of seedlings (72 holes,128 holes and 200 holes) at different moisture content for experiment to find out the proper air pressure for the air blowing device.4, Propose the design of seedling transplanting system between small trays and large trays. Especially describe the structure and function of tray destacker, tray filler and transplanter. Use ADAMS to do kinematic analysis about the tray destacker5, Propose the design of seedling transplanting system between trays and pots. Especially describe the structure and function of pot dispensers, pot filler and transplanter between trays and pots. Compare the structure and function of these two different transplanters. |
