Effects on meat quality, Adipose tissue and genetic structure of GANSU black pig were studied by secondary select of indigenous breed ( I line) AND infusion of Duroc blood( II line).The result showed that intermuscular fat of I line AND II line was higher than Large Yorkshire and Landrace X II line.Saturated fatty acid, oleicand of GANSU black pig II line was lower than Large Yorkshire and Landrace. As well as ten amino acid corected with aroma, ten necessary amino acid and cooked meat rate of GANSU black pig were higher than Large Yorkshire.Back Adipose Tisse gwrowth of GANSU black pig was reserched by tisse microtomy in I line and II line. It was found that Adipose cell of I line obviously larger than that of II line in 3month (P<0.01). many little chamber Adipose cell of I line was not viewed in later test, this showed Adipose Tisse of I line growed and raped quickly.lipoprotein lipase of I line was dramatically higher than II line (P<0.01), NADP-MDH of I line was higher than II line.The variation of Chromosomes of Gansu Black Pig was caused by infusion of Duroc blood. The chromosome length ratio of No. 1,6,7,13 in the I lineof Gansu Black Pig was higher than this of in the II line.lt showed that the homogeneity in I line was higher than in II line.The number of Ag-staining nucleolus organizers (Ag-NOR) was 1-4 in the line I and II, the average No. of Ag-NOR was different obviously between the I line and the II line.This indicated that the activity of translation in rRNA in the I line was different in the II line.
