The cymbidium grandiflorum,as top grade kind of flowers planted in houses,which is much more popular at flower market in China.The traditional reproducton methods do not satisfy the need of commercial yield ultimately.since these methods not only can not keep the species properties,but the cycle is longer.the speed is slower and the reproducton rate is lower in breeding process.According to comparative experiments exerted on tissue culture of cymbidium grandiflorum.such as different explant, inducement substrate,slice manners, multiplication differentiation substrate,rootage substrate and sunlight conditions,etc.,the writer put forword a series of regulations on tissue culture produce technologies in factory with regard to the flower.and take the lead in creating "tissue culture,quick reproduction and produed in factory system of cymbidium grandifiorum".The results of the system is that the protocorm induce rate of cymbidium grandiflorum is 80%,the multiplication rate is 4.3.the rate of young plants differentiation reach to 76.7%,the rate of rootage is 100%,the survival rate of infancies in tissue culture transplant is around 95%,the survival rate of commercial plants is above 98%,the commodity rate is higher than 85%,the diseases and insects prevention coverage rate is 100%,the quarantined plant diseases and insect pests is zero. When the number of 2'455'000 high quality plants of tissue culture are produced, the annual multiplication rate is more than 1000 times.the survival rate of transplant is above 98% with the application to practices.This will achieve zero breakthrough on tissue culture and mass production in Jiangxi province, and initiate a new course of development mileage in tissue culture plant production of our country.
