26 microsatellite DNA markers were selected from poultry genome in this study, the genome of 500 in F2 segregation population coming from Recessive White Chicken mated Xianju chicken. Fourteen slaughter and meat quality performances recording of F2 segregation population were measured and genome DNA was derived from blood samples, Polymorphism information content and heterozygosity were calculated based on allele frequencies. Prescriptive statistic method and correlation analyses were used to analyze the data; multicomparison was used to identify the loci which correlated with these traits. The results showed that:1 There was significant variance among individuals in population, which suited to linkage analysis between QTL and markers. The results of correlation analysis can show the correlation between slaughter performances and meat quality traits.2 A total of 26 microsatellite markers were selected from issued genetic map of three international reference population and the primers were composed to amplify DNA samples of F2 individuals. The PCR products were separated on polyacrylamide gels and the results showed that except for ADL123, the average allelic number were about 5, the most is 8 (MCW185) and the least is 2 (ADL123), which accorded with some reported results. Average heterozygosity is 0.7012 and average polymorphism information content is 0.6468.3 Analysis of linkage between 25 polymorphic markers and 14 trait values using SAS9.0 statistic software showed 12 loci related to different traits, The results showed that these loci :ADL136, MCW0095, MCW264, ABR0322, ADL211, ADL289, MCW0223, MCW4, ADL0301, ADL166, MCW104 and MCW67, respectively.4 Variance analysis showed that there existed linkage between ADL136 and abdominal fat rate; MCW0095 and body weight, slaughter weight, tenderness of the meat ; MCW264 and pH value, water-lossing;ABR0322 and body weight, slaughter weight, dressing percentage of breast;ADL211 and water-lossing, breast muscle weight, stemum weight and chest width;ADL289 and body weight, slaughter weight , stemum weight, chest width;MCW0223 and water-lossing, dressing percentage ofthighs sternum weight > chest width;MCW4 and body weighU slaughter weight > breast muscle weights thigh muscle weight;ADL0301 and body weights slaughter weight -> breast muscle weight n thigh muscle weight;ADL166 and tenderness of the meat> body weighU dressing percentages dressing percentage of breast n thigh muscle weight and abdominal fat rate;MCW104 and body weight -> slaughter weight >. dressing percentage;MCW67 and body weights slaughter weight> dressing percentage of breast s thigh muscle weight and abdominal fat rate.5 The different genotypes of the same microsatellite DNA marker witch linkage with traits were compared by way of Duocan,The conclusion was as follows: 155/180 of ADL136 was remarkable correlative to abdominal fat rate;222/274 of MCW264 was remarkable correlative to water-lossing; 134/134 of ABR0322 was remarkable correlative to body weight> slaughter weight; 171/171 of ADL289 was remarkable correlative to sternum weight; 220/240 of MCW4 was remarkable correlative to body weights slaughter weight; 126/147 of ADL0301 was emarkable correlative to body weights slaughter weights breast muscle weights thigh muscle weight; 177/204 of MCW67 was remarkable correlative to thigh muscle weights 181/209 was remarkable correlative to dressing percentage of thigh o...
