The results showed that in these three different groups of Guyuan chicken,1. The blood physiological indexes of different groups of Guyuan chickenThe red blood cells,white blood cells and the hemoglobin of three different groups of Guyuan chicken with non-significant differences (P>0.05).2. Hatching performance of different groups of Guyuan chickenThe fertilization rate of hatching eggs which is91.93%and the hatching rate of incubation eggs which is80.70%of black feather chicken are all the highest of these three groups.3. Production performance of different groups of Guyuan chickenThe differences of weight gain, feed to gain ratio and carcass trait between these three groups are not significant (P>0.05).The body measurement shows that the physical growth of Ma-color feather chicken is the best. According to this, we can choose this kind of chicken for group propagation in the future.The white feature chicken have the best performance of egg laying which annual egg production is much greater than other two groups (P<0.01).4. The meat nutritional ingredient of different groups of Guyuan chickenThe differences of meat initial moisture content between three groups of Guyuan chicken with different feather colors are not significant (P>0.05).The black feather chicken has the highest fat content, and the white feather chicken has the lowest.The black feather chicken has the highest protein content in their breast muscle,but the white feather chicken has the lowest.The Ma-color feather chicken has the highest protein content in their leg muscle and has the significant differences than the white feather and the black feather chicken(P<0.05).The fat content in leg muscle is obvious more than that in breast muscle (P<0.05), but for protein content, it is opposite.The differences between three groups of their Amino acid contents were not significant (P>0.05) that Amino acid of white feather chicken has the highest grade and the Ma-color feather chicken has the lowest.The differences between24kinds of fatty acid that the authored detected both in breast muscle and leg muscle are non-significant (P>0.05), but the composition of fatty acid of white feather chicken is the best.The test detected the polyunsaturated fatty acids in Guyuan chicken which have special nutritional value on the human body,like EPA,DPA and DHA,but these fatty acids are not exist in some broiler and native chicken.All indexes of Guyuan chicken which were measured in this study can be as performance standards of this kind of chicken, provide the basis and lay the foundation for purification and rejuvenation in the future. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Guyuan chicken, Blood physiological indexes, Production performance, nutritionalingredient | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
