In this experiment, the treatment that hasn't planted bean cultures and green manured was the comparison (treatment D). After half an year that planted peanut (treatment A) and soybean (treatment B), mung bean (treatment C) and green manured on the cane-field that had planted sugarcane continuous more twenty years, fall planting sugarcane and the test material was YL2. Through the experiment, research the effect that bean green manuring to the chemical character of continuous cultivation cane-field's soil and the sugarcane's drought resistance, growing, yield, quality, discuss the function and mechanism that bean green manuring to fatten the soil power and the sugarcane's growth. Under this experiment condition, the results of this experiment were as follows.Fatten effect of cane-field's soil: Using the compound assess means of the soil fertility factor numerical value standardize in RESEARCH MEANS OF SOIL FERTILITY which was edited chiefly by Yan Chang-sheng, have assessed the cane-field soil compound fertility to the soil pH, organic matter, holonitrogen, hydrolytic nitrogen, holophosphorus, rapidly available phosphorus, holopotassium, rapidly available potassium, slow available potassium, active silica, active ferrum, effective sulfur. The analysis soil specimen included the soil specimen that before green manure was planted, when sugarcane was planted, sugarcane elongate peak period, when sugarcane was harvested. The result indicated the soil compound fertility during the sugarcane's whole growth period was higher than before rotate green manuring. After green manuring, the fatten effect of treatment B and C is betterthan treatment C and D when sugarcane was planted. Treatment B and C respectively improved 0.80% and 0.92% than before green manure was planted. Treatment A and D respectively improved 0.47% and 0.53% than before green manure was planted. The difference among the four treatments were no significant. During the sugarcane elongate peak period, the effect of the treatment that bean green manuring were better, the soil fertility of treatment A, B and C respectively improved 1.39%, 1.86%, 1.49% than before green manure was planted, but treatment D only improved 0.47%. The rate of the soil compound fertility increase's difference between the three treatments that bean green manuring and treatment D was ultra-significant. The soil compound fertility when sugarcane was harvested was lower than sugarcane elongate peak period, but higher than before green manure was planted. Compared with before green manure was planted, the soil compound fertility of treatment A, B, C and D respectively improved 0.17%, 1.22%, 0.67% and 0.77%, the difference among the four treatment is no significant. The soil compound fertility assess average value which of when sugarcane was planted, sugarcane elongate peak period and when sugarcane was harvested compared with before green manure was planted, the compositor from high to low of the rate of the soil compound fertility increase was treatment B>C>A>D. The average of treatment B was the highest and it was 1.29%, respectively high 25.72%, 90.49% and 117.83% than treatment C (1.03%), A (0.68%) and D (0.59%). Next was treatment C, respectively high 51.52% and 73.26% than treatment A and D. Treatment A was high than treatment D. It indicated that plant bean green manuring can effectively improve the soil compound fertility through improve the chemical character of soil. The fatten effect of soybean was the best, next was mung bean, the peanut's nutrient amount that green manuring and return to field was smaller and it's fatten effect was no better than soybean and mung bean.Effect to the sugarcane's drought resistance: The experiment has studied some index which relatively with the sugarcane's drought resistance, include field soil moisture content, MDA, praline, cytoplasm membrane penetrate character, relative water content, water saturation deficient, water potential in tissues, ratio of the free water and the bond water, chlorophyll, cond and chlorophyll fluorescence. Used the subject...
