Taken ROC22 as the experimental material, used three kinds of green manure such as peanut (A treatment); soybean (B treatment); mung bean (C treatment) and take a treatment press nothing only weed as control treatment (D treatment). Research was done on growth trends, characters about photosynthe production, physiological characters, the yield and quality of high yield sugarcane colony after above three kinds of green manure press into soil. The result was as follows:Change of the soil fertility: In thie reseach, all treatment can improve the content of available Nitrogen of soil, comparing with before press, treatment A, B, C and D eaclily improved 6.30, 2.01, 9.86 and 1.36mg/kg, C treatment had the significant effect; the soil available Phosphorus content and the soil available Kalium content of B treatment was higher than three green manure treatments, comparing with control treatment improving, the soil available Phosphorus content improved 5.53 and the soil available Kalium content improved 7.32mg/kg; only the A treatment can slighty improvethe soil organic matter content, the amplitude is 0.03%, all the treatment can not improve the soil pH.Colonies'growing trends characters: the highest germination rate was treatment B, reach 60.1%, the lowest was treatment D, only 56.1%; the highest tiller rate was treatment B, reach 169.8%, the lowest was treatment A, only 123.5%; the fastest growing rate in the whole bearing period was treatment A and B, reach 1.62cm/d, the next was treatment D, reach 1.60cm/d, the lowest was treatment C, only 1.59cm/d; in the whole bearing period, the highest LAI was treatment C, reach 4.55, the next was treatment D4.06, treatment A3.91, the lowest was treatment B, only 3.57; the most of efficient stems was treatment B, reach 5328 stems per 667m2, the fewest was treatment A, only 5071 stems per 667m2.Photosynthe characters: in the net photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance, the result of four treatment had the same trends: lower in the tiller period, higher in star elongating period, the highest in fast elongating period, low in the technical period; the characters of leaf temperature was the same as the characters of the whole bearing period temperature; the content of CO2 in cell was higher in the tiller period, low in start elongating period, the lowest in fast elongating period, the highest in technical period; the 12:00 row middle transmittance of treatment D was higher than the other treatment in the last elongating period, this characters was not good to the sun light utility. Some important physiological characters: Chlorophyll content, NRA activity and acid invertase activity, etc. the results of all treatments had the same characters: high in the tiller period, low in start elongating period, the highest in the fast elongating period, low intechnical period; in the last of June, Neutrality invertase activity was in the highest content but lowest in the last of July; from the beginning of July, polyphenols oxidase activity was gradually increased; from the tiller period to the begining of July, Soluble protein content of the four treatment was keeping in a high level, but in the last of July, the content of Soluble protriii was in the lowest; in the last of June, the content of Solubility sugar in the leaves was in the lowest, but was in the highest in the beginning of July.Resistant characters: from the tiller period, the peroxidase activity of four treatments was keeping in a high level. But in the June, July, August, which spring sugarcane grow in the most fast speed, the perxidase activity of four treatment was gradually decreasing. This indicated that: Autumn sugarcane is faster mature than spring sugarcane. The yield and quality of sugarcane: the highest yield of stems per 667m2 was treatment B, reach 11752kg, the lowest was treatment D, only 10793kg, the difference between all the four reatnieut didn't reach any marked level; the highest content of sugar was treatment B, reach 1532%, the lowest was treatment A, only 14.68%; Glucose of all the trea...
