Developing minitype sugarcane harvester has great meaning to accelerate mechanization application in sugarcane harvester and enhance our country's competition in world. This thesisis the base of National Natural Science Foundation-the key technology study of sugarcaneharvester aptitude design system based on knowledge, and its goal is offer design knowledge and experience information by set up 3-D Proe model and run the kinematics and dynamics simulation basing on virtual prototyping technology and collaborative simulation. This thesis includes hereinafter work:First, develop technique route of the virtual design after researching the status quo in study sugarcane harvester. Then, discloses it is a route of "down to up then up to down", in succession, it investigates the advanced design and manufacturing technology correlated to the study.Next, it summarizes the method of setting up flexible sugarcane, and analyses the finite element method of mechanical system containing flexible grider theoretically. Thereafter, build the simulation model to analysis the different between flexible sugarcane and rigid sugarcane. The analysis lies on sugarcane characteristic and its effect on sugarcane harvester study.Then, by bringing forward a new assemble mode based on ADAMS, the thesis reports the key parts of kinematics and dynamics simulation and establish the virtual experiment platform. The study in rail of uplift device has been undertaken using that platform. At the same time, after setting up the uplift device statics model in ANSYS software, it analyse structure stability and discusses the uplift device's structure rationality, function satisfaction and organ intervene.Afterward, the thesis surveys the full-vehicle's flow simulation and its kinematics and dynamics simulation, then finishes the optimism structure and rotates speed.Finally, it accounts for the criterion of cutting sugarcane quality and carries out the experience to find out the effect taxis of factors, and then reveals the effect of cutter-disk amount by the experience result.
