Using Virtual Prototype Technology, and based on the structural characteristics of the human and the tractor, a human body is modeled as a nonlinear mechanical system, and a nonlinear multi-freedom-degree vibration model for the human-seat-tractor system is derived at the environment of ADAMS/View in this paper. And simulation-analysis is done for two status of the tractor without seat and with seat when the tractor runs with three different accelerations. At the same time , the parameters influencing the vibration characteristics of the seat are optimized . In the end, a proper value is done according as ISO2631 -standard . The result makes clear: the effect of vibration insulation of the X-seat is better and the seat can largely attenuate the vibration of human in the range of 48Hz in which human's feel is sensed when the rigidity k1 of the main constringent spring , the rigidity k2 of the constringent pre-spring, the rigidity k3 of the drawing-extending spring and the equivalent damping coefficient C of damper are respectively 5.0N/mm, 0.6N·s/mm, 17.0N/mm, 8.0N/mm...
