This article used some plant growth regulators to regulated the florescence of Purple flower Mango and Four seasons honey Mango. The aim of the study is to solve two problems, the first is the low output problem because of the rain in florescence; the second is the dispersive florescence of Four seasons honey Mango. In addition, the band girdle and leaf removal method and paraffin cut method was used to observe and research the floral bud differentiation of Purple flower Mango. Then we gathered and mensurated endogenous hormones and nucleic acid of floral bud in six floral bud differentiation phase (Undifferentiation stage , Differentiation prophase, Inflorescence differentiation stage , The first grade of inflorescence differentiation stage, The second grade of inflorescence differentiation stage, Flower organ differentiation stage) in order to study the relation between them and floral bud differentiation of Mango. The main study results were as follows: (1) Purple flower Mango trees were applied with PP333 in soil in May and September 2004, and blossomed on mid-September and late October respectively, the dosage of PP333 was 2. 7g(scalar quantity)/tree.(2) Purple flower Mango trees can get the best effect of blossoming in off-season when were foliar-sprayed 400 mg/L PP333 or 300 mg/L PP333+150 mg/ L ethephon+1000 times B9, and the best time of treat is September. The studyon foliar-sprayed plant growth regulators on Four seasons honey Mango showed that: every treatment can induce Four seasons honey Mango to blossom ahead of time for 1030 days. And 200mg/L PP333 was the best treatment on florescence regulate of Four seasons honey Mango, because the rate of flower panicle per tree and the number of setting-fruit per tree of this treatment were all better than the other treatments.(3) A majority of Mango peak bud passed physiological differentiation from October 30th to December 6th when the shoots stop growing for 16 weeks; The begging of morphological differentiation is mid-November when the last shoots stop growing for 34 weeks, and last 6075 days till late January of the next year; there are 6 phases in the morphological differentiation of Mango: Undifferentiation stage (October 30th to November 16th) -. Differentiation prophase (November 16th to January 4th of the next year) , Inflorescence differentiation stage (November 16th to January 8th of the next year) , The first grade of inflorescence differentiation stage (December 21st to January 8th of the next year). The second grade of inflorescence differentiation stage(December 21st to January 14th of the next year),. Flower organ differentiation stage (January 8th to January 26th of the next year).(4) The concentration of DNA and RNA and the ratio of RNA/DNA in peak bud increased gradually in period of floral bud differentiation of Mango. What it proves is the higher concentration of nucleic acid contributed to floral bud differentiation of Mango.
