In this study,the origin,characters,advantages and 7 principles and 12 steps of hazard analysis and critical control point(HACCP) were introduced.The status of the application of HACCP in all over the world and all industries was illuminated.HACCP was advocated by international institutes,governments and industries of the whole world. Feasibility of the HACCP application in farm and broiler farm was anatomized. The survey showed that poultry diseases and veterinary medicine residual were "bottle-neck" for the development of broiler industy.In this study,we introduced HACCP applied widely in food manufacture industries into broiler industry at farm level to reduce the biologic, chemical and physical hazards.The SSOP and HACCP plan model of broiler farm was established.In this model,chicken receving,feed management and veterinary medicine management were identified as critical control points(CCPs).And the corresponding control measures were also eatablised.This model was the guideline to the broiler farm companies to establish own farm HACCP model according to own conditions.The study offers the support to further study broiler farm HACCP.
