| While submerged vegetation is mechanically harvested to transfer N and P nutrient salts and control eutrophication of Lake Wuliangsuhai, submerged vegetation resources are developed and utilized. Submerged vegetation is a kind of good feedstuff resources with rich protein, mineral substance and vitamin, but ash and sodium sulfate attached to submerged vegetation affect dainty of cattle and sheep. Taking Fennelleaf Pondweed of Lake Wuliangsuhai as research object in order to get rid of crude ash of the surface of submerged vegetation and find out the best design parameter for crude ash removal, and crude ash removal orthogonal experiments were carried out for different moisture contents, rotation speeds and sizes of sieve pore with beater pulverizer, nutrient component of smashed hydrophytes were measured, and analyses of variance and grey relation of these data from crude ash removal, sodium sulfate removal, finished product rate were made. The results of analysis of variance show that crude ash removal effect for about 17% moisture, 4000r/min rotation speed and 8mm size of sieve pore is the best and sodium sulfate removal rate is 48.7%, and crude ash removal rate can reach 85.58%. Grey relation analysis result shows that effect factor order of crude ash removal is moisture, rotation speed and sieve pore. Based on analysis of variance and grey relation, mathematics model with grey system theory was set up to estimate finished product rate of hydrophytes with prediction error –1.69%, which lays theoretical foundation for selection of new design parameter optimization of pulverizer while submerged vegetation is developed on a large scale. |
