By using 20 Chinese chives cultivars with different sources andagricultural characters, we firstly studied the genetic diversity of Chinesechive cultivars germplasm by ISSR and RAPD markers. Secondly, we had acluster analysis of resistance to Bradysia odoriphage Yang et Zhang for thosecultivars. Lastly, we analyzed some characters that related to the resistance toBradysia odoriphage Yang et Zhang. The aim was to provide theoretical basisfor chose the cultivars resisted to Bradysia odoriphage Yang et Zhang. Themostly results are as following:1 Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) and Inter-simple sequencerepeat (ISSR) molecular markers were used to analyze the genetic diversity of20 cultivated Chinese chive's germplasm. The results are as fellows: Of theprimers tested, 12 ISSR and 15 RAPD primers were selected for theirreproducibility and high polymorphism. About 258 bands were obtained by 12ISSR primers and 101 bands were obtained by 15 RAPD primers. Of which ,the polymorphic bands are 132 and 40 ,the percent are 51.2 % and 39.6 %respectively.2 Using three resistant indexs, field population density, number of injured /alland index of leaf injury as resistant appraisal standards. We studied theresistance of 20 Chinese chive cultivars to Bradysia odoriphage Yang etZhang with the cluster analysis by the SAS. The results showed that theresistance of 20 Chinese chive cultivars were significantly different.Comparatively, Yu-Jiu 1 and 9-2 had the strong resistance ;the cultivars ,Xue-Jiuwang ,Zhu-Ganqing ,91-2 and Kuan -Jiuwang were the mostsusceptible ,and the other were middle between the above two. In addition ,theresults indicated that there were most significant correlation among 3 resistantindexs ,and therefore, it is not only simple and convenient but accurate to take...
