Bradysia difformis Frey and Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et Zhang belongs to Sciaridae Diptera,It is one of the main pests of edible mushrooms,Onions,Garlic and field vegetables.In the experiment selects 6 province widely planted crops,in order to clarified the main nutrient content of different objects within,as well as 6 kinds of crops of Bradysia difformis Frey and Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et Zhang effects of growth,fecundity and survival rate of population parameters,And to further clarify the influence of different crops on Bradysia difformis Frey and Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et Zhang main nutrients odoriphaga in vivo,and to determine the differences of Bradysia difformis Frey and Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et Zhang larvae feeding on different crop roots and then the main body of energy substance.1 Effects of different plants on the duration and Life paraments of populations of Bradysia difformis Frey and Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et ZhangBradysia difformis Frey and Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et Zhang feed with 6 species of plants.The results indicated that the shortest developmental duration of egg to pupa was longest on cabbage 21.37 d,followed by Chinese cabbage 21.08 d,lettuce 20.89 d,Capsicum 19.91 d and Chinese chive 17.94 d of B.odoriphaga Yang et Zhang,the shortest duration of egg to pupa ws on Broad bean 17.43 d.B.difformis feed by 6plants,developmental duration of egg to pupa wasfollowed by Capsicum 25.74d?cabbage 23.45d?Chinese chive 23.14 d,Chinese chive 21.38 d,lettuce 20.02 d,Broad bean 19.26d;The effects of different host plants on the effects of average eggs per female spawning pupa weight were positively,The maximum and least spawning of one female were on leek about 88.5 and Capsicum 53.4;Pupa weight on Chinese chive and Broad bean was maximum,the lightest on Lettuce and Capsicum.The survival rate was decreased with development,the survival rate of each instar was highest on leek,and lowest on lettuce.the tendency of net reproductive rate(R0)and Intrinsic rate of increase(rm)from highest on Chinese chive and broad bean,lightest on lettuce;Mean generation time(T)were shortest on broad bean,Chinese chive and longest on kale and Capsicum.2 Effect of different plants on major Nutrients of Bradysia difformis Frey and Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et ZhangThe nutrient content of 6 plants in the experiment are not the same,the content of protein and aminoacid in leek were 3.8477 mg/g,0.1657 mg/g.In broad bean were 4.4921mg/g,0.2006mg/g.There wre higher than those of the other 4 plants.leeks slightly highest,about 0.853 %,lettuce was lowest,about 0.4244 %.The larvae of B.difformis and B.odoriphaga Yang et Zhang feed on leek,the content of larva Soluble suga was hinghtest,about 8.76ug/mg,feed by chieve was lowest,about 5.7759 ug/mg.feed by leek,the total content of lipids content and neutral lipids feeding were8.4334 ug/mg and 0.9168 ug/mg,which were higher than the other 5 plants,total content of lipids content and neutral lipids were lowest after lettuce,about 5.5594 ug/mg and 0.524 ug/mg.Soiuble carbohydrate and glycogenin lowest when feed by broad beans and lettuce,feeding by Broad bean,Soiuble carbohydrate and glycogenin content was highetst,aout 9.1279 ug/mg and 6.4992ug/mg.feeding by Chieve chieve total content of lipids content and neutral lipids were hightest,about 8.6427 ug/mg and 0.948 ug/mg,Soluble protein was hightest after feed by bean borad.In general,the larvae of B.difformis and B.odoriphaga Yang et Zhang energy material content on Leek and bean broad in high,Chinese cabbage and Wild cabbage of energy containing substances in the body,the fewest on the feeding of lettuce and Capsicum.3 Effect of different plants on defense enzymes activity of Bradysia difformis Frey and Bradysia odoriphaga Yang et ZhangThere were significant differences in the activities of protective enzymes in different species plants of B.difformis and B.odoriphaga Yang et Zhang.The activities of SOD and CAT in the larvae were highest,about ?7.9098 ug/mg·min and 5.1216 ug/mg·min of B.odoriphaga Yang et Zhang,On the contrary,feed Chinese chieve,the defense enzymes activity were lowest.B.difformis feed by Chinese chieve,the atievees of CAT and POD were lowest,about 3.8674ug/mg·min and 3.7176 ug/mg·min.Thus,strong resistance cultivars would make the body of Bradysia difformis Frey and B.odoriphaga Yang et Zhang produce large amounts of free radicals,but the activity of SOD,POD and CAT wrer seriously motivated that can not maintain homeostasis radicals,therefore the excess free radicals were cleared.
