| In this paper the introduction and screen of Vitis vinifera suitable to the climate with high temperature and high humidity in south of China were carried out using quantitative criterions for the first time. Through the experiment conducted with "Augusta" , "Jingyu" , and "Superior Seedless" etc. introduced to Xiangtan, we investigated their performance and economic properties. Based on their comprehensive performance in Xiangtan, along with the method of multi-value theory these cultivars were quantitatively evaluated in growth characteristics, fruits properties, high yield, storage life and resistance to screen some fresh sale varieties of Euro-Asian suitable to Xiangtan and its circumjacent areas, which could also provide scientific foundation for introduction in other provinces in south of China. Screening results indicated that premature variety "Superior Seedless" , medium mture variety "Qinlogdasui" , "Manicure Finger" and late mature variety "dalihong Seedless" could be generalize in large scale in local area, whereas plantOn the basis of introduction and screen, experiments were conducted with "Jingyu" treated with expanded agents, "Lizamat" and "Manicure Finger" stripped, respectively, and study on comprehensive prevention and cure for disease to achieve high quality, high yield and high efficiency. Results were as follows:"Jingyu" obviously grew in double-S-shaped curve. Expanded agents enabled single fruit, fruit cluster, and the length and diameter of fruit to increase significantly, whereas it had not a significant effect on the quality of grape fruits. It gave the best effect while using expanded agents 10~15d after flowering with 15~20ppm.Stripping could increase the length and diameter of fruit, the weight of single fruit, and the weight of fruit clusters. Furthermore, it enabled grape to mature ahead of time. It had the highest effect on increase while stripping in 20 days after flowering and the best effect on shortening...
