Fifty pig farms were clinically recognized porcine respiratory disease complex (PRDC). In these farms, 300 pathological lungs and 1500 blood samples were collected, and were diagnosed by PCR, bacterium isolated and antibody detected in laboratory. The results showed that 98% pig groups were mixed infected with porcine respiratory and reproductive syndrome virus(PRRSV) and mycoplasma hyopneumoniae(MH). Pseudorabies virus, Porcine cirovirus â…¡, Swine influenza virus, Actinobacillus pleuropneumonia, Haemophilus, Bordetella, Streptococcus, Pasteurella, Eperythrozoon suis and E.coli also contribute to PRDC. But in the different pig group, the cause agents that infected pigs were different. Among these pathogeneses, the further infected agent usually is streptococcus. It occupied 70% detected samples.Based on the results that came from positive PRDC detected pig groups, 14 pig farms were selected and grouped 7.vaccinating and medicating were takend on aiming at PRRSV and MH. The results demonstrated that after vaccinating and medicating, pig survival rate is improved by 10% in the product process. Among these groups, the group that was vaccinated with PRRSV as well as MH is the best. Survival rate was improved by 18.6%. The results also demonstrated that if meaned piglets were breeded by all-in and all-out. The effect to control PRDC was very prominent. In the same experiment group, if breeded no by all-in and all-out, the survival rate varies 2-5% in the product process. The variant is distinct.
