The cotton variety ′XinLuzao13′was used in this study which based on the measure of high yield management under the condition of drip irrigation in cotton field and the quantities of water , fertilizer and DPC were used during cotton planting previously in north Xinjiang . This dissertation research the effect on growth and development , dry matter accumulation and nutrition uptake , yield and quality of cotton plants by using adjustable measures with the whole quantities of water , fertilizer and DPC unchanged . Then these adjustable measures will be evaluated by the result of study . The result indicated that: (1)The stump high of cotton plant in adjustable treatments was lower than that in conventional treatment . The relation of stump high of cotton plant in adjustable treatments and stump high of high yield cotton plant previously decreased . The velocity of stem growth , the area of leaf of stem and fruiting bearing shoot in fertilizer and DPC adjustable treatments less than those in conventional treatment . Amounts of bolls added and the percentage of squares and bolls dropping decreased in adjustable treatments . (2)The content of NO3 –-N and Olsen P in soil in adjustable treatments at every stage was more than that in conventional treatment , the adjustable measures made the content of nutrition effectively added . (3)Dry matter weight and the quantity of nutrition uptake of cotton plant over ground in adjustable treatments were more than those in conventional treatment . Dry matter weight increased 8.48%~10.93% finally , The quantity of N , P2O5 , K2O uptake increased 6.83%~21.74%,3.70%~13.58%,6.46%~7.71% separately . (4)The distribution of dry matters and nutrition in stem and leaves in adjustable treatments was more than that in conventional treatment at vegetative stage . The distribution of dry matters and nutrition in squares , flowers and boll hull , seed cotton in adjustable treatments was more than that in conventional treatment at fruiting stage . The accumulated velocity of dry matters in stem and leaves in adjustable treatments increased at vegetative stage and that in squares , flowers and bolls in adjustable treatments increased at fruiting stage . (5)The cotton yield in adjustable treatments were more than that in conventional treatment , and increased 22.78kg﹒hm-2 , 170.58 kg﹒hm-2 , 282.17 kg﹒hm-2 . The cotton yield in fertilizer , DPC adjustable treatments and conventional treatment were significant differences . Much quality of cotton in adjustable treatments decreased and less than conventional treatment . (6) The result show by evaluating , the property of physiology , nutrition , yield made better during the measure was improved .the adjustable treatments are reasonable in many respects , but they have some defects , so they need to be improved in the study in future .
