p.eryngii is a kind of Low-Medium temperature rare and advanced Edible Fungi.. It is strict for the temperature especially for high temperature. It is very seriously that p.eryngii stains cannot fruit or fruiting in the list under high temperature. Time is short for p.eryngii stains fruiting and high temperature is one of obstacles for p.eryngii stains fruiting. the crossbreeding was a method to attain gene recombination by the combinations pairing of monokaryotic mycelium. Seen from the status quo of breeding in some developed countries, crossbreeding was one of the best effect methods in breeding and has been using most widely. In this experiment, 128 p.eryngii crossing progenies new strains and 10 p.eryngii strains were used as testing material on the basis of studing on MonosPore Crossbreeding of p.eryngii. A series of selecting experiment were explemented in order to attain high temperature tolerance p.eryngii strains with properties of good quality.1.When mutually complementary enzyme bands and new enzyme bands of the new cross combinations appeared twenty-four crossbreeding filial generation by comparison of enzyme bands between parent strains and cross combinations, the heterosis of the crossbreeding filial generation was stronger;2.It is proved that every p.eryngii crossing progenies new strains were really the dicaryotic hyphae and have the ability of fruiting.3. The result show that fruitbody yields of AB9,AB12,AH2,CF2 four stains are higher than their parental stains, AD2,BC3,BE2,BH4 four stains are higher than one of their parental stains, after comparising of fruit body yields of different crossing progenies strains and their parental stains. It is proved that the heterosis of these p.eryngii crossing progenies new strains in fruit body yield factor is strong.4. The selected high fruit-yield crossing progenies strains from yield comparition are compared about the mycelium growth and grow Periodicity. AF5,AD2,DI1,BC3 and BC8 five stains are excellent crossing progenies strains considering from the mycelium growth.. The experiment result show that the significant positive correlation between average growth rate of mother cultures and average growth rate of culture. The experiment result also show that some negative correlation between average growth rate of culture and biotical efficient, but correlation is not significant. AB9,AB12,BC3 and AA four stains were early-mature stains because of early of the peak fruiting period. The experiment result show that significant negative correlation between the peak fruiting period and biotical efficient.5. The experiment stains were selected by high temperature tolerance primary selected , high temperature tolerance repeat selected and comparison of fruit-yeild under different temperatures. The result show that AD2,BC3,BE2,AH2 and CC3 five stains are high temperature tolerance stains.
