In this experiment, the parent strains of Pleurotus ostreatus were 9400 and 803 .143 new crossing progenies strains were abtained by monospore cross breeding, and those strains were used to attain Pleurotus ostreatus strains with properties of good quality by a series of selecting experiments.1.118 new crossing progenies strains were obtained by microscope checking, antagonistic and bearing experiments.2.Twenty-one new crossbreeding filial generation with strong heterosis were obtained by means of vertical slab polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis and analysis of esterase isozyme of crossing parents and new cross combination, which had mutually complementary enzyme bands and new enzyme bands.3.After primary screening of cultivating in jars ,18 strainds were abtained with short growth period, vigorously mycelium growth and perfect shape of fruit body.4.Compared about the mycelium growth, five strains as P2,P9,P21,P38 and P94 are excellent; The experiment results showed significant positive correlation between average growth rate of mother cultures and average growth rate of culture spawn. The experiment results also showed correlation between average growth rate of culture spawn and biotical efficient, but the correlation is not significant. Five strains as P9,P16,P29,P94 and P100 had the ability of high temperature tolerance.5.The result showed that fruit body yields of five strains as P16,P38,P48,P94 and P100 were higher than their parental strains, four strains as P2,P21,P29 and P76 were higher than one of their parental strains, it was proved that the heterosis of these new crossing progenies strains in fruit body yield was strong. Four strains as P9,P21,P53 and P94 were early-mature strains because of their earlier peak fruiting periods. The experiment results also showed that some correlation between peak fruiting period and biotical efficient, but the correlation was not significant.6.Through comparing the resistance to Trichoderma Viride and characteristics of fruiting bodies, five strains as P9,P16,P21,P38 and P94 had stronger resistance to Trichoderma Viride, among which P38 was the strongest. P38 and P76 strains were much better than others in characteristics , which showed bigger Pileus, shorter Stipe and stronger texture.
