The experiment was conducted to discover the theory of increasing tobacco' s productivity and quality with the method of chemistry regulation. In this study, root dehydrogenase, change of chlorophyll, character of photosynthesis, main agronomy character and structure of cell in ripen stage, the content of total nitrogen, reducing sugar, K2O and nicotine in the tobacco's leaf were all took into account. The results are as follows:1 When the variety of K326 was treated by SS3307 with concentration of 300 mg.kg-1 and DCPTA with concentration of 100mg.kg-1, the root dehydrogenase activity can be increased and this activity can be maintained after transplanting. This character was the same to the variety of G80. Comparatively speaking, the effectiveness of SS3307 was faster than DCPTA in root dehydrogenase activity.2 The content of chlorophyll in treatment of SS3307 300 mg.kg-1 and DCPTA 150 mg.kg-1 was higher than CK in the variety of K326 during the period of duration. At the rapid growth stage, the variety of G80' s chlorophyll treated by SS3307 400 mg.kg-1 and DCPTA 150 mg.kg-1 can be increased greatly and can be decomposed at ripen stage.3 At seedling stage, the indexes of photosynthesis reached 1% significantly difference in the treatment of DCPTA 100mg.kg-1 in the variety of K326 and 150mg.kg-1 in the variety of G80 and the character of photosynthesis treated by DCPTA was better than SS3307. In the root extension stage, treated by DCPTA was superior to SS3307 and the effect, caused by DCPTA on the variety of K326, was better than the variety of G80. At rapid growth stage, three photosynthesis indexes treated by DCPTA 100 mg.kg-1 in two varieties reached 1% significant difference.4 The effect of DCPTA and SS3307 on the variety of K326 was better than G80 in the content of total nitrogen.
