Now, seed is seeded by the seeding equipped with mechanical drills. When seeding is provided with block out form, it is lead to a group traveling together or several seeding absence because of being unable to see and hear. So they bring forward the higher request to seeding machine. It has been urgent affairs that the work condition of construction machinery is real time monitored and its malfunction is predicted well and truly with work condition monitoring and malfunction alerting system which has high reliability and quality on several of construction machineries. At the same time, it can improve the work quality, release the farmers needed and be convenient for farm managing. This task adopts the 8031CPU, the 8259 programmable interrupt controller, ect, followed with some processing circuits, which monitoring program is composted with assembler language. 2BG3-1400 maize seeding-machine with watering in a hole is as an example in this paper. Work as follows: 1. Development of number display system. In order to show seeds quantity this system is installed LED displayers for the sake of showing the number of the kernel which is seeding. 2. Development of sound warning system. The electro circuit of this system is designed sound warning which can warn in the coming of trouble . It can remind the chauffeur of the coming of trouble so as to stop to check and fix. Enunciator is used by the rows of seeding convenient for stalling. 3. Development of shine warning system. In order to improve the task efficiency Shine warning is used to show trouble quality and position so as to eliminate trouble rapidly. Every row is fixed indicator lights which can glitter regularly or shine as planting is on the rails. The corresponding indicator lights will go out i f there is no seed in the seed pipe for more than five seeding cycles or no fertilizer in the box. Moreover, this paper adopts a series of software and hardware measures of protection so as to improve the anti-interference ability of the system. The final result of the experiment indicates that the whole system works accurately and credibility, realizing the presumed object.
