Study On Automatic Control Seeding System For Maize Precise Planter

An automatic control seeding system for precise seeder is designed with the technology of computer control. When seeding, this system automatically regulates the speed of the seed-sowing device according as the demand of sow quantity and the speed of the seeder. This speed is acquired by sensor. The land wheel skid and rough ground will influence the quality of seeding, then, by using this system the influence may be decreased.In tradition, worker must computer, then change the gear for regulating the quantity of seeding by himself. This system can regulate it automatically by a microcomputer inside after inputting the demand of seeding quantity, and the regulating precision improved.In addition, the signal of tractor's velocity in field is analyzed in this paper. The data and the conclusion can be used in the other study of seeder, as so on.By using this system the quality and efficiency of work can be enhanced, and the operation condition is improved.
