We use the seedless 8611 as material in this paper. Through the different treatments (different concentration GA3, GA3 and different concentration IBA , GA3 and different concentration CPPU) in order to discuss the effect of different growth regulator, different concentration and the twice treatment on the growth development, berry pedicel, berry shape, and berry size on the seedless 8611In this trial, we measure the content of total soluble solid(TSS), total acid and the content of Vc. Elementary discuss the relation of plant growth regulator and concentration and the grow the of seedless 8611, in order to provide theory evidence for rational use of the plant growth regulator, on the one hand to pursue the large berry, and the another hand produce the organic fruit we found the following result:1. The study of the effect of plant growth regulator on the fruit growth and development of seedless 8611 showing that: the fruit of seedless 8611 does not treatment with any plant growth regulator has no obvious tar do growth course, and it's growth pattern present the S-curve; after 14d of full bloom, the fruit treated with 25mg.L-1 GA3 shows that there have a faint tar do growth course in its length and diameter growth curve, when the concentration exceed the 50mg.L-1 GA3, there have a obvious tar do growth course, and the growth pattern present the double S-curve. We can conclude that: in internal hormone, GA3 plays an important role in determining the fruit growth pattern. We can found that IBA has no obvious effect on the fruit growth model treated with mix of 100mg.L-1 GA3 and different concentration IBA according to the length and diameter growth curve. But the CPPU can effect the fruit growth model. There has a tar do growth course in about 26, June. When treated with mix of 25mg.L-1 GA3 and different concentration CPPU the fruit have a strong growth tendency in about 26, June.2. Treatment with GA3 can obvious ahead the coloring course on the seedless 8611. But the CPPU has the opposite result with GA3, and it can delay the coloring course. And the IBA has no obvious effect on the fruit-coloring course.3. In the trial we can found treatment with GA3 can prolong the berry pedicel, augment the berry pedicel stem. It can result to ear axis twist if treatment too early with the GA3. The effect of treatment with CPPU is more obvious than treatment with GA3 in augment of the berry pedicel stem. The diameter of berry pedicle has an increase with the CPPU concentration increase. IBA can prevent the augment the berry pedicel stem aroused by the GA3 treatment. On another hand, treatment with GA3 can increase the fruit index on the seedless 8611.4. From the effect of inner quality treatment with plant growth regulator (GA3, CPPU and IBA) on the seedless 8611, we can found that GA3 and CPPU can decrease the inner quality, and the effect of treatment with CPPU more obvious. But the effect of treatment with IBA can increase fruit inner quality in some extend, through there are need more deeply study.5. the twice treatment 12-3' has the best effect on the large berry. Average weight of berry increase to 172.9% than the fruit unsettled with any thing. And increase to 48.1% than the once treatment. The twice treatment after full bloom has the best effect of large berry, once treatment have the better effect in turn are 12-4, 12-2; There are other treatment have the better effect in turn are 11-1, 10-1 and 9-1 which treated without CPPU.Generally speaking, the best treatment concentration is lOOmgl'1 with the GA3, and 50-100mg HL'1 with IBA. But the CPPU is about lOmg -L"1 and the best effect is not using it at all. In this trial, we found that the once treatment in 14days after full bloom is just well.
