In response to insufficient coloring of Crimson grapes in protected culture in Yanqi Reclamation Area,Xinjiang,crimson grapes in protected culture are taken as test materials in grape plant demonstration plantation of 3rd Company,25 th Regiment,2nd Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.Various patterns of grape trellis,fertilization schemes,grape loading,and ventilation cooling and other measures are adopted to explore main factors affecting fruit coloring of crimson grapes in protected culture in the reclamation area.Meanwhile,statistical analysis is conducted regarding fruit coloring index,soluble solid content,weight of one single grape,yield and development of bearing branches,in hope to provide a theoretic basis for solving the problem of coloring Crimson grapes in protected culture in Yanqi Reclamation Area.1.Compared with the traditional,horizontal independent long-stem pruning "V"-shaped grape trellis,the "厂"-shaped trellis is able to increase the fruit coloring index by 0.67 and as the index reaches 3,the grapes meet the standard for commodity fruit,and the grapes get into the mature period 9 days in advance,which are of great significance for promoting the early-maturing cultivation of Crimson grapes.However,the change of the pattern of grape trellises resulted in a 51.5% decrease in annual yield and a serious decline in yielding ability.But the yield may be increased after years of planting.2.A certain amount of top application can improve the coloring of Crimson grape berries,but excess could lead to the fact that the Crimson grapes are late-maturing and remaining green when it is due to become ripe.Experiments show that 8m3 rotten sheep manure should be applied in every 667 m2 grape trellis,and 30 kg monoammonium phosphate and 40 kg potassium sulfate should also be applied as the proportion of 1:4:6(N: P: K).This is the best fertilizing scheme for the coloring of Crimson grapes.3.The production of Crimson grapes in protected culture should be strictly controlled.Taking the cultivation of Crimson grapes on the horizontal independent long-stem pruning "V"-shaped trellis as an example,there should be not more than 6 ears in a single plant,and not more than 120 grains in a single ear.Otherwise,there will be difficulties in coloring.4.Ventilation cooling can effectively lower the temperature of the fruit growing part by 3°C on average.During the noon,it can lower the temperature up to 10°C.In this way,the temperature at the stage of coloring can be controlled between 12°C and 26.2°C,thus effectively promoting the coloring.
