Three years old Larix principis rupprechtii and Pinus tabulaeformis Carr were heat stressed in costant temperature illumination cultivatebox,those growed under normal temperature (25°C) were contrasts.This paper studied the changes of SOD activity, POD activity soluble carbohydrate content soluble proteins content and Pro content of Larix principis rupprechtii and Pinus tabulaeformis Carr under different high temperature treatments to search after some reasons that why Pinus tabulaeformis Carr were more heatproof than Larix principis rupprechtii..The result showed:(l)The conspiracy of SOD and POD under heat stress affect plant's heat resistance.The power of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr is well than that of Larix principis rupprechtii,maybe ,it was one of the reasons that Pinus tabulaeformis Carr resistant more long time in heat stress than Larix principis rupprechtii.(2)In high tempreture,the special function of soluble protein were more significant than it's osmotic regulation,the protein member should be further studied.(3) Pinus tabulaeformis Carr could keep the content of Pro , proein, carbohydrate in a high level under different heat treatments,maybe it's another reason why Pinus tabulaeformis Carr were more heatproof than Larix principis rupprechtii.(4) Larix principis rupprechtii had some degree heatproof power,it could resist 6-8 h , 6h, 4h, 4 h under 30°C, 35°C, 40°C, 45°C,over these time,it would get irreversible hurt. Pinus tabulaeformis Carr could resist longer time,it could resist 8h, 8h, 6h, 6h respectively.
