With the progress of turf projects, demand of water resource increase yearly in China.However,water resource in China is under average level If the would,for this reason,it is feasible to empolder water-saving and drought-endurable turf. Buffalograss Buchloe dactyloides is a warm season turfgrass which is excellent of drought hardiness.This article analysis 10 buffalograss material by RAPD, is for the purpose of applying RAPD technology constructs DNA Fingerprint, atlas; Based on RAPD analysis data discussion plant's blood relationship relations, through to special fragment screening appraisal, will obtain the special mark to lay the foundation for the next selecting and breeding improved variety.10 Buffalograss materials were analyzed by Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers to determine their genetic relationship.
